Operating Principle
Compressor inhaled the low-pressure cooling overheating steam from the dry-type evaporator, compressed through the compressor into high temperature and high suppression of refrigerant gases, enter the condenser through the exhaust pipe, the heat will be transfer to the cooling water then get the hot water, high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas is condensed as the normal temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant by circulation water. The liquid refrigerant which comes out from the condenser will be removed of moisture and magazines through drying filters, flows through the solenoid valve through the expansion valve throttling buck then enter the evaporator. In the evaporator low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat from cycle of cold water then have a continuous evaporation, it becomes low-temperature low-pressure superheated gas when reaches the evaporator’s outlet, and then returned to compressor to start a new one cycle. In this way, the water coolant is cooling through dry-type evaporator, and is discharged from the evaporator’s outlet, is inducted to the required area of air-conditioning refrigeration. The cyclical nature to and fro, achieve the purpose of cooling or heating. |
